How to use it

1. Choose the grid size, then mark the black squares.
2. Switch to Type letters and fill in the letters you already know.
3. Tap a square to see its across or down word. Tap it again to switch direction.
4. Pick a word from the list to fill the slot, or type the clue to narrow the list.

Questions and answers

Can I use a clue to find the answer?

Yes. Type the clue in the Definition or clue box. Unwordit suggests words that match both the clue and the letters already in the slot.

Can I read a crossword from a photo?

Yes. Open Read a grid from a photo, take or choose a picture, draw a box around the grid and press Read grid. Check the letters afterwards.

Is my grid saved?

Yes, on this device only. Nothing is sent to a server.
